I will be uploading 27 PDF files on how to do a step by step comlpete bulletproof on the 6.0 with the cab on and motor in just like the ford workshop manual says. This is what i have been using to do my bulletproofing and it worked great. My heads are at the machine shop now.

If somebody could make this a sticky I think that would be great and I hope it helps alot of people cuz I spent alot of time putting it together today.

Also if anybody needs a complete parts list for the bulletproofing with part number PM me.

skip to page 2 where i have cotinued to upload more of the pdf files
it would take me WEEKS to scan in all of that lol i would lose my job but i am always willing to get you something out of it when you need it and as you can tell II am normally really fast at responding... I want to find out how to become a member of the diesel paramedics on here lol

here is a pic of them
i hope people can put these to use like I did these 27 files alone can save you thousand in labor on a head gasket or head stud job
I would like your bullet proofing list with part numbers for a 2005 F250… Your step by step guide for heads and head bolts would be a huge benefit.

Sorry to say although very relevant this thread is over 10 years old.

Luckily for us, as stated there are PDFs available for download.
If you are on your phone, I suggest logging in with a computer and downloading them if you havent already.

Heres my list for my headgakset replacement and studding. You can cross reference my numbers (which were up to date a year ago) with the other numbers you need for your EGR and oil cooler.

You need to define what bulletproofing is to you though, otherwise we have no idea.
