Get the international or ford manuals which can be searched out here or FTE. Most bolts do not need loc-tite, but it depends what you are rebuilding. If you think you need to use some, use blue.

The problem here is that if you use LocTite on the bolts that you are going to take off again in some months, let's say Oil Cooler, HPOP and such, you are going to have a bad time.

You should only use the torques that the manual has, and it has toques for all of the bolts on the engine.

 

I wouldnt locktite anything on the motor. Maybe suspension parts. And driveshaft bolts. that is about it for me. And only use blue. You have to heat Red up to get it apart most of the time.
