Okay so if you are having an issue with JUST FICM LOGIC POWER at 0 volts, but ficm main power 48 volt and holding strong during crank. Try this.

KOEO OR KOECRANKING MAINTAINS THESE VOLTAGES.

FICM VEHICLE POWER 11+ V
FLP 0 V
FICM MAIN POWER 45+ V
FICM SYNC 1
HPOP 500+ PSI

3 CONNECTORS ON THE FICM A=24 PIN B=24 PIN C=32 PIN
FICM LOGIC has no power even with the main power showing 45+ V
Check fuse 15. 15amp, if fuse is good you more than likely have a short in the harness.
Pin 8 on the FICM C connector is the FICM LOGIC power wire.
If your truck is crank \ no start due to ficm logic power missing.
There is a short from the circuit back to this wire. White and black wire on C connector.
If you put 12 Volts to this wire your vehicle will start. FUSE 15 under the hood a 15 Amp fuse.

If you are not getting 48+ volts on the FICM Main power. check the relay & fuse 5 & 10 under the hood. if the voltage is dropping during crank. FICM power stepup is bad or relay is chattering due to low voltage. NO FICM sync? low oil pressure, ckp (crankshaft position sensor) failing, cmp (camshaft position sensor) failing

Just thought i would let y'all know.
GOOD LUCK!!

Thanks most people it confuses them on TTL logic I've been in electronic business for about 40 years and trying to see if there's a robust board or some robust more robust parts that's available from the looks of the logic board it keeps burning up one of the looks like a transistor due to a cold solder joint on the logic board in the last 10 years I've been using a lot of this lead-free solder which makes all electronics not perform their best. I see it slot in the work I do.
