Alright you guys, I finally got started on this project! As promised, I'll be posting pics every step of the way through. Danny (dannys01f250) came over to my house today (technically yesterday) and we got my truck in the garage sideways just as me and Matt P did when we did his transmission swap. Only this time it was way easier to do because my truck is running. :hehe:

Before I post pics of the actual progress, take a look at the "before" pictures. I also got some nice shots of Danny's truck next to mine, along with the newest addition to the Ford family.

Sorry about the dirty trucks but it's gonna be like this all winter long!

First thing we had to do was get the stacks off so the truck could fit in my garage

We had to stop at this point because we had New Year's Eve plans and didn't want to piss of the misses. We're gonna regroup later this morning hopefully around 10am to continue. More to come..........

Hopefully Matt P will be back from his snow mobile trip in time to get in on this action.

Subscribed. Looks Like it is Cold.[/QUOTE

It is STUPID COLD down here! I think it got in the single digits last night. The inside of my garage was pretty warm at 41 degrees because of the little space heater I had going.

This will be fun to watch! Great pics so far.

(Hint: A couple of floor jacks in just the right place and I bet you can swing that baby around when you're ready to pull her out. I have a set of (4) dollies that I can put under my wheels and spin it around in circles. There's just one problem? I can't hardly walk in my garage more less put a truck in it! Looking forward to today's progress. Thanks!)

Hey Chad, Happy New Year to you too bud. Yeah, this is definitely one of my resolutions to get this project done.

As for the dash, it's still waiting for you. I've got it all in my shed until you're ready to pick it up.

No new pics because I haven't gotten started this morning yet. I'll be back in the garage in about an hour so I'll be sure to get new pics up as soon as the new fenders go on; which is where we'll start.

As for all my old parts, I'm selling everything that comes off. I haven't put a price list together but I guess I can do that right now. Everything coming off the truck is in excellent condition which Matt P can vouch for since he saw my truck during a rare occassion when it was clean on the outside! :hehe:

Little to no scratches anywhere, and absolutely no dings anywhere. The only thing I can't rate as being excellent is the 03 tailgate. It's got one ding, some scratches, missing the "F350" emblem but the blue "Ford" emblem is on there. I'll price it accordingly.
