I have done nothing to my 15 F250 as far as fuel system goes. I have been coast to coast twice towing our 5th wheel and fueled up all over the place and have 0 issues with my fuel system. I replace my filters when the truck tells me to. I just don't want to open up the fuel system for something that really doesn't prevent a disaster. I have 75,000 miles and still fine.
I only use cetain from Ford. and I don 't always put it in the tank just when I think of it. The book says you don't need to add anything to the fuel. I would just save your money and just drive the truck.
