I am getting ready to replace the glow plugs on my 2006 F250. From my understanding, without taking off the cab, it is easiest to go through the wheel well. Is this completely true? Also, I will be replacing the harnesses since I have read that the old ones will most likely break from removal. Is there one side that is easier to do than the other? Because I would like to start with that side first. Any other tips or tricks?

Yes the wheel well is the best option
Yes buy both harnesses
Driver side is slightly easier IMO
Use a piece of tie wire to pull the old harness off

Good advice above. I only pulled the fender liner on the passenger side; the driver's side was easy. I used one of these tools and it was worth it.
