Where to buy a new headliner?

My headliner is shot, tried to replace it with new foam-backed cloth and that went terrible, now the whole headliner is shot. Any aftermarket companies make these available for the 99 F-250 extended cab in gray? I can only find F150 or regular cab.

Thanks, I did not come across that. I tried looking at the Ford parts website and they don't seem to list any parts available for the 7.3 anymore so I assumed parts have been discontinued?

Any shop that installs sunroofs, or an upholstery shop can do it. #shoplocal
I would love to, but the problem is the molded liner itself is bad, where the ridgid foam no longer holds the correct shape, hence looking for a new or aftermarket one.

A GOOD interior shop can do it but good Lord it will cost. Idk what's in your area but I'm sure there are custom upholstery shops at least within the state somewhere. Other than that, buddy, may just have to hunt and scour until you come across one you can salvage and get recovered. Wish I was more help.

I'm guessing here.

Is your headliner a piece of fiberboard to which some vinyl was attached, perhaps with some open celled foam between the vinyl and the fiberboard?

Here is what I have done in the past.

Pull the fiberboard headliner.
Remove all of the disintegrated foam rubber/plastic that you can from the fiberboard and the sheet vinyl that covers it

Reattach the vinyl to the fiberboard with contact cement.

Reinstall the headliner.
