Truck Missing Door Sticker

I have a 2000 extended cab F350 that I bought a year ago. It should of raised a red flag to me when I purchased it but the truck does not have a door sticker on the extended cab door. I figure maybe the door was replaced or the sticker had been power washed off. I find that hard to believe since the stickers are held on pretty strong. I may be selling this truck in the near future and feel that having no sticker may turn someone away from buying it. Is there anyway I can have a duplicate made?

Why would that raise a red flag? Are you thinking an accident? If there is no history on carfax and visible underneath damage I would be more inclined to think the door was replaced due to rust or something. It is 17 years old. Are you in the north?

Are you selling the truck in your sig that has 54,000 miles?

Yeah I was thinking possibly an accident but there is no history of one on the carfax. I am in the north. And yeah in the future I may be selling the one that has 54,000 on it.

I wouldn't worry too much about that. There are a lot of these trucks that are getting body panels and doors replaced. Especially in the salt areas

The idiot bodyshop that repainted the door on my last truck peeled that sticker off and discarded it whith the masking tape

Missing that sticker was a pain.
The emissions place and ford dealer always look at the jamb for the vin

The sticker was impossible to replace.

Had i kept that truck. I had already found thanks to ebay auto sales (they seem to always post that sticker in the ad) i truck that matched mine. So a little photo shop on the vin.

And i just needed to print it on gloss paper and get some clear sheet tape to attach it

Or better yet get it printed as a sticker if you can

Hey @horsnaround. If he sells his truck it may be an option.
