Having issues finding a box to fit behind rear seat, it has the powersliding window which makes it a bit difficult to find one. thinkin 4 8's not sure if a 10 will fit. If any one has a plans of a box like this that would be great of just pictures, I dont care if I have to build a custom one either. Thanks

yes you can do two twelves or two tens or even two 13.5 but they have to be shallow i had 2 10 inch jl w3 s which are pretty deep and they didnt have a chance in fitting... if you do this you have to go with a w1 or maybe a w2 if your going with jl or a p1 if your going with rockford which means it wont be as loud but they will fit the deep ones wont

I"m new to the powerstroke forums being a new owner of an 06 f250. But the old audiophile in me brought me here first. I have been installing stereos in vehicles for the past 20yrs and where there is a will and some skill, anything is possible. I just installed 2 12" polk mm1240 dvc's in my buddies 01 f350 crew cab. Both are powered be a Massive Audio N2. The rear space behind the back is literally the same. The box I made had almost 1cuft of airspace per driver. If I remember right. I have the drawing and inside measurements on a piece of paper somewhere at home. The main changes were to the rear seat brackets. Under the rear part of the seat bracket, we added about a 1" spacer and machined out the top of the bracket where the bolts go through about 5/8" to slide the seat forward. You'd have a hard time noticing the changes, the woofers dont hit the seat and it sounds pretty damn good. Hope this helps a bit.
