I'd personally start with the calipers. Look at the slider pins. The caliper can stick on them. It wouldn't hurt to look at all of them, but be sure to look at the left one. I'd think if it's pulling right, the left one isn't working as effeciently as the right one.

 

Stuck caliper and/or collapsed brake line on the left wheel.

You can try taking the caliper off and lube or get new slide pins. If it's the piston that's sticking, sometimes you can pop it out and emery cloth any rough spots, sometimes they develop ridges as they get older, otherwise replace the caliper, and if there's a rubber brake line there, replace it.

 

Pull the ABS fuse and see what happens. Mine was doing something similar, I'll get into that story later.

 

Good luck, let me know if you figure anything else. I had the same thing, but a left jerk (and still have the problem). Replaced all calipers, pads, and rotors... same thing.

 

You either have a stuck left caliper piston, a collapsed brake line or stuck caliper pins.
I bet it's a piston.....

 

If the caliper/piston is stuck on the left side, you should notice a slight pull to the left while driving that goes away the more you drive. Also, the caliper will be super-hot after a good 25 minutes down the interstate, so much so that you can feel the heat radiating off of it from a few inches away.

not trying to be a d***k but If the left caliper is stuck it'll pull to the right when applying the brakes....

I don't know why you would feel like a dick pointing out the obvious. Yes, if the left caliper is stuck or dragging, it will heat up immensely, reducing the effectiveness of the brake in general so that when you apply all four brakes (step on the brake), the right side will grab well and the left side will not, so it will pull to the right. Agreed. I did not say it wouldn't.

What I said was that a stuck or dragging caliper on the left side would, before the brake heats up and becomes ineffective, cause the truck to pull slightly to the left. And that as you drive further and that brake becomes less effective, this pull would lessen. This is while driving down the road, not while braking. I'm not sure what part of my post was unclear, but I hope this helps.
