Bumping this back up and hoping @Fordutility6.0 chimes back in. Seems to me he is the only one who has gotten EVERYTHING to work with the F150 wheel! C'mon man, spill the beans lol!!!!

Hey everyone sorry it has taken me so long to write back, well I've got good and bad news, the good news it isn't very hard to do, the bad news... it seems that the paper I have written all the schematics on has disappeared, but what I did was just googled the super duty wheel, column and clockspring diagram and disiphered the colors. Then I did the same thing with the f-150 column, clockspring and wheel, then once I felt pretty good about my colors and what they meant I cut the plug off both wheels and soldered the supersuty plug on 150 wheel had to turn the clock spring placement on the superduty and grind a spot out of the metal on the 150 wheel to where the clockspring would be bound up, plugged it in and to my amazement it worked!!! Now this may be benifical to some because my truck had EVERY option on the wheel so that color code may not have worked for some but again not very difficult if you just take about an hour on line researching the color diagrams and another hour disiphering the colts to one another

I will be looking for an f150 wheel. What year did you use? Is 2008 the newest that would fit on a 2006?

Thanks alot.

So did you use the 04-08 150 clockspring, or the super duty clockspring?

When I got my '04 (back in'04) I hadn't gotten home before deciding the factory steering wheel SUCKED when I got to work the next day I immediately ordered a steering wheel from a Navigator (wood top and bottom, leather sides) haven't had any regrets in 13 years

So the cruise control worked without having to do anything with resistors? Everything I have read has led me to believe that some major wiring would need to be done as the cruise operates on resistance... This is awesome if it's the case!

is this a dead dream? i really want to pull the trigger on a 04 f150 wheel i found for my 2000 7.3....
I dont even have any buttons on my wheel just the horn and airbag.

I just really want to know if i need a new clock spring. one guy here said he adjusted it.. honestly no idea how to do that

HELLPPP pleeasseeee
