Looking for help on how to solve these codes. I changed the EBP sensor, pig tails and tube when I also did a water pump and fan clutch replacement. Now the truck is throwing the p0407 & p0488 codes. Any suggestions?

Thanks, my truck is deleted from a previous owner but I don’t know it the throttle plate is still intact. Should removing the plate clear the codes?
