Does anyone know the part number for the outer tie rod ends? Truck is an 06 F250. I've been looking at the Moog ones and see several different ones labeled as left or right outer tie rod ends and various prices. Its the one that connects to the front part of the knuckle and is about 12" long

last one is the part of the drag link you might as well do when you have the passenger tie rod off

i will say I was not impressed with the moog actual Tie rod, tie rod ends

they decided all by themselves to ditch an important safety feature and you can no longer use the locating tabs on either side that Ford / Dana implemented

Passenger drag link ( lower steering to pitman) picture is upside down from actual install

The drivers side is easy to tell which one but then those other two both say right outer tie rod. I'm assuming it's the 80754 and 80755 that I need. Let me see if photobucket is working and I'll post a pic. These are the two I know for sure are bad.

That helps. So I need the one that is labeled "Front outer tie rod drivers side" (even though I know that's the passenger side in the pic). Then I also need the one for the drivers side that is in the same position

Edit to add: why does one of them come without the stud? Is it easy to remove it from the old one and reuse?

you don't reuse

the short stud is for the driver side in to the knuckle

the passanger side tie rod end is held in place by the long bolt on the drag link end that passes thru the knuckle and into the tie rod end

if you just change the (lower) pass tie rod then it bolts back on the old drag link end

i did all these without even needing to jacking up the truck or removing a wheel

Aahhh that makes sense now! What would I do without you guys! Haha. They've been bad for a long time now and I really really need to get them replaced. Life has been nuts so I haven't really had the time to even think about doing it. I've been a turd and let it go for about 16k miles since I first started noticing it.

Alright got the lower two ordered. The upper one is solid and no tears in the boot at all so I think I'll be ok. Thanks for the help @ZMANN
