Hello all,
I have looked the Internet over till blue in the face and I can't find what I'm looking for... Is there a "List" of all the sensors we monitor and the "Normal" value range. I'm looking for something similar to lab/blood work at the Doctors office. Each item listed that shows a normal range that is accecptable and and if it's not, he writes you a prescription or puts your *** in the Hospital...lol. I have seen PID list for codes and also seen list that shows a bunch of crazy numbers and letters. I am looking for something that I can refer to when I'm in my truck and see where I fall in reference to the perfect world, this is what it should be. I know there are varibles, temp, pressure, altitude, ect... But, just something to refer to and help make sense of everything. Thanks for any help !!

Cheers,
Dan

Note that the voltage readings we get from the OBDII port MAY BE as much as .5 volts below the actual voltage that is provided. None-the-Less, the minimum voltages provided below apply .......................

FICM voltages - regardless of tuned or stock:

FICM MPower (assuming it isn't a "voltage modified FICM):

46.5 volts minimum, and preferably 47 volts minimum.

FICM VPower:
This is "Vehicle Power". It should be the voltage supplied to the control modules and applicable instrumentation. Minimum voltage is around 10 volts, and preferably 10.5 volts. Control modules get inconsistent beginning around 9.5 volts.

FICM LPower:
This is the Logic Board power for the FICM. Like the VPower, minimum voltage is around 10 volts, and preferably 10.5 volts.

Just curious why with a stock turbo I should be alarmed by higher that 28 PSI? Towing untuned I can see 31 PSI on the dash going up a 6% grade with 11k. Oil temp and coolant are at severe (220 ECT fan roaring and 230 EOT).

I appreciate the response. What I left off is when I reached the 230 EOT, 220 ECT 31 PSI towing 6% 11k and 31 LBS, I would get what sounded like a exhaust leak to me that sounded like a horn or howl. I fixed the leaking exhaust manifolds, and a leaking turbo downpipe. I've towed twice since then for at least five hours each trip, with no problems or sounds, but have not yet gone up a hill. Also, no play in the turbo.

I think the sound is fixed, but I won't know for sure until I tow up a hill. I thought 31 PSI was a lot. I've only seen it get to 28 PSI unless really pushed.
