anybody?? I know there are quite a few people with this housing out there ....

 

time to check for leaks, bud...

 

Could it be The waste gate controller adjustment? I know some guys have to shorten the actuator arm when they install the housing .... I compared both waste gate controller mounts on both housings and they looked to be the same height so I didn't adjust anything. It's it possible it just needed a little adjustment? .... If anything, the new housings mount seemed just a hairs width shorter....

I lost 3 psi but i also have the ww installed.I left my wastgate the way it was on my stock housing did not adjust it with the new housing.I would look for leaks that might be your issue.

 

Yeah.. I have heard the ww will do that... I have the stock wheel though.

i've read were the damn housing doesnt even align with bolt holes, or it leaks. Did you remember the oring at spider assy? Is there an oring for the ATS housing mated to other half?

 

Mine lined up perfect with no leaks but my friend got one and it was a POS had to send it back,its a hit or miss with these.

 

You running your stock wastgate?

 

Yeah I have a stock wastegate

 

My wastegate was shot after 50k got a new one and i could tell the difference.
