ok, im reading this thread, my ICP is way higher then everyones here, at idle, my floats around 910 with the coolant and oil temps around 180, the IPR 23%.

stock 07, 74k, stand pipes and STC fitting replaced, IPR screen replaced, it broke and the broken piece got lodged in it

something is wrong, any ideas?
im ready to go backwards, a low milage 05 excursion V10 limited .. if this truck does not some racking up the repairs

What is the ICPv at KOEO, should read .020-.025v. If it's out of range, replace ICP and check wires/plug for chafing or damage.

Depends on which ICP PID your Scangauge is looking at, there is ICP actual pressure, ICP desired pressure, and ICPv. Make sure your set up to read ICPv.

Your IPR at 23% is normal at idle, so is the 14.8 at KOEO.

also noted is .. example, getting on the freeway, the ICP can read in upwards of 6000 and the IPR will top out at 80, no known programing, no tuner, stock

the icp has 20k or so on it, the plug as well .. its dry, no oil

Max ICP should only be 4025ish, because that's all out HPOP will make. Either your Scangauge formula is skewed or you have a bad ICP sensor.

im fine with replacing the ICP, i can call scanguage tomorrow and inquire about the set up, since all other information seems on point, its probably wise to replace the ICP.

Let us know how you made out, might help members in the future, thanks.

well lilpooh, i found the setting to for INJECTION CONTROL VOLTS, ICV.
i keyed in the info

ICP Voltage (Volts)

TXD: 07E02216AD

RXF: 0462451606AD

RXD: 3010

MTH: 004827100000

NAM: ICV

my display shows
0.23 KOEO
0.87 KOER *not fully warmed up
970 ICP *not fully warmed up, sits around 910 fully warmed up
i thought we were on to something but, now we know the ICP and ICV are correct, could there be a problem with the IPR even though it shows 14.8 KOEO and 22.3 KOER?

how does one make the 6.0 mechanical injection? lol.

update
i had programed my scanguateII wrong, it now reads around 583 ICP, i took my truck to a fleet mechanic, he pluged in his device and i drove, my truck cut out as it has been doing for some time now, he felt it, heard it but nothing showed on his device. stating some malfunctions are so short in time that we can hear them, feel them but the time is so short its not picked up by the ecm. he goes on to say the based on his experience, what my truck is doing is possiblly cause by a failing camshaft sensor. he gave me a used one out of a core, i installed it, drove it out to a place where its hilly no cut out,
finguers crossed, few more days of driving, if all is good, i'll buy a new sensor and install
as for my FICM, i could not be down for a week, that is about how long it would take for me to ship and receive my FICM if i sent it to ED. i elected to have this fleet guy swap out the power supply .. for now .. when the dollars start coming back in the door this summer, im getting a bulletproof one.
thanks to ed for his time in responding to my emails and phone calls ..
