Fuel drain valve leaking...no start.

Second time changing fuel filters; first time no issues.

This time, 32mm hex head cracked; found Dorman replacement locally.

Replaced water sensor plug and put the enclosed new o-rings on yellow drain valve....tightened, seemed all well.

I didn't cycle ignition 6 times but only 3; engine started fine, ran for minute and died. That lower yellow valve is leaking out of that housing drain hole. I've pulled that whole filter housing twice now, wiped threads, removed the yellow drain valve and few times now, wiped, checked o-rings.

Cycle ignition exercise, still no start, still leaking out of that water drain.

Faulty replacement housing? Guess I'll try whole new yellow drain tomorrow.

Could I have over tightened filter housing? I thought it had a stop, which I hit. Could I have over tightened drain valve?

Thank you, Fellas.
