EGR Delete, question about intake elbow

Looking to do a complete egr delete, just wondering what the difference is between the kits that include an intake elbow, and if it's not included are there any issues?

For example sinister vs. flow-pro w/ intake elbow:

The elbow deletes the factory butterfly valve. The butterfly valve is a moving part, and although its been disabled, it should still exit the engine compartment. A nice new elbow will flow better too. Some bling also.

Exactly what was mentione above. Large ID elbow will improve throttle response and look 1000x better than the ugly stock elbow

Yeah what they said if your going to delete the egr coolers just get the elbow right away.
