I have always wondered, what is the actual difference between an F-250 and F-350 single rear wheel?
Really? What state would that be?One of the biggest reasons there are 250's and 350's is DL's and license plates. Some states require you to have a CDL and health card to run a 350
Could you elaborate, I'm from Texas. What the heck is a Bobie? :hehe:My 2005 F250 4 x 4 is licenced for 2000Lbs more Then My Bobies 2004 F350 2 x 4 DWD
:thumb: RI is one of those states, you need a medical cert for just about anything over an F250.The difference depends on the GVWR package you get. My 250 has a higher rated package than my buddies SRW 350. The block is the main difference.

My '97 F250 has a 4:10 ratio :dunno:Well, I'm not sure about the coil sprung superduties.
I know on the 99 and up that their are alot of different "Tow" packages with the F250 and F350, "camper, tow, plow" ect. F350's come standard with 4.10 gears, while F250's have 3.73's, that's one big difference. The springs packs on the F350 are built to carry heavier weights. Other than those, that's the only big one's I can think of. I'm pretty sure the frames and axle's are the same size. Not sure on the spline count either. Hope this helps.
