Converting power doors to manual? POSSIBLE?

Yes you read that correctly, power to manual. I have a 1999 XL F350 and found two dirt cheap rust free doors in the color I need. I currently have manual locks and windows, the rust free doors are power everything. Is it possible to swap to crank and manual locks? Seems like wayyyy too much work to swap from manual to power for me.

seems to good to be true..but i'll take it. so the power window motor simply unbolts and i can just bolt the crank assembly on? figured it would involve window removal had no idea

That's what I was guessing someone would say but I've read all about power locks and windows it involves huge wiring harness and gem module swap. Don't wanna hack it together and have only power windows and no power locks or vice versa. Not really up for that. How different are door internals between the two anyone know?
