I just started airbagging my 05 F350 dually. I have the front bags installed, I'm running a 1 gal ping tank on each side installed under the front doors. 62 psi is stock ride height. I'll be pulling the bed off this winter to install a parallel 4 link in the rear with air bags. I'll keep everyone posted as the project progresses.

What are you running a donninator 2600? glad to see you used a 1 gallon ping tank, that will soften it up nicely. I ran slam RE8s and around the same psi as you. What bags do you have planned for the rear?

Since you're putting in this effort, grab an air blaster and some ground walnut shells. Clean off the rust and throw some primer on it. Frame looks good but a little around the edges on the radius arm would clean her up a little. Keep us posted!

Don't forget that PPE!

All that work maybe consider some quality shocks. This just for fun or what is it your after? Like ride towing?

funny if someone posts a picture of a wheel spacer or god forbid a front block lol, you’ll get essays from keyboard lawyers that know a guy… but entire homemade suspension…. Encouragement lol.

Got some more progress done on the build. Air bag brackets are mounted on the axle. Had to relocate the shocks, made new bottom shock tabs, cut the original top shock mounts to fit on the outside of frame.

Got a lot of work done on the truck the last couple weeks. Spent a lot of time cleaning and painting. Cleaned up the frame and bottom of the cab. 20 yrs of rust takes a lot to cleanup!! Got the gooseneck hitch finished up, the air tank that is mounted is the ping tank for both rear air bags, should make for a comfortable ride.

Still have the main air tank to mount along with compressor and to build a new spare tire mount.

I also got the receiver hitch mounted up. Build a new spare tire mount which will also be used to mount the other air tanks and compressors. Also added a crossmember to the top rear of the frame to keep everything squared.

Ok... I finished up the suspension on the truck. Running 2 compressors, 2 - 5 gallon air tanks for supply. Got the gauges and paddle valves mounted. Ran an air chuck and a Schrader valve through the rear bumper for hooking up an air hose and to fill the system if needed to. 80 amp circuit breaker off of the passenger side battery, it bolts up perfectly to the bracket above the blower motor box. Ran 4 gauge wire to the back where theres an 80 amp solenoid for both compressors. I ran 2 supply lines from supply tanks to the manifold behind the gauge assembly.
