We installed this exact kit on my friends truck. It was a bit tight, we had to squish the pipe under the cab, just a little though, this is on a SCLB though, not sure what you have. There was even enough room to keep the spare in place. You can't go wrong with 5", it is a very sweet sound. Only complaint I have about it is too much turbo whistle, I deleted my EBPV though and that made it even more noticable. My truck almost sounds like a 6 leaker now, not that that is a terrible thing.

I have the diamond eye 5" on my truck and love it. It sounds amazing. I definitely would recommend it

I have had both 5" & 4" and i dont notice any performance differences at all. The 5" on my last truck was a Diamondeye and the fit was good, was A LOT louder then my 4" is. I think i picked it up for like $350 with the 3"dp.

I went from 4" to 5" turbo back. Haven't noticed a difference besides noise. The 5" diamond eye kit fit very well. Even between the spare. If you're looking of going from stock go 5" just a bit more but you wont regret it latter.

Heres a quick video of my 5" and and the damn waste gate kicking it. It's actually annoying and people stare and cover their ears when your riding around slow.
