Okay heres the deal!
I need custom tunes! 1 for daily driving and a second for crazy power. Upgrades are below
2006 f250 fully deleted, Stage 1.5 Garrett Powermax Billet 61MM,
,WDI 190 injectors 30% overs. Egr valve delete, 5 inch exhaust, Arp stud kit 18mm, No fueling upgrades currently.
Running a stc ts+ tuner

Why is everyone all of a sudden creating accounts and making posts for custom tunes? This has been covered MANY times here and on other forums. No one is writing custom tunes for a deleted anything. Soon the delete key will be removed from your keyboard as well.

How are you running 190/30s without fueling upgrades? And how the hell are you even getting the truck to run properly with those injectors without a custom tune in the first place?

And yeah, good luck finding a tuner. For all we know you're the EPA wanting to bust someone. And FYI, I don't know any delete tuners.

Then you already have a custom tune. Or my understanding is flawed.

This is straight from Warren Diesel's website for the 190/30 - "With these injectors you will have to run custom tuning to get them to idle properly and to maximize the potential of the injectors. These injectors will require aftermarket lift pump and regulated return to ensure the proper fuel is supplied to the injectors."

What shop put in the injectors?

Ask the place you had these upgrades done. If you're legitimate I'm not trying to be an a$& but they should have had the tune needed for the work they performed. There are/were many 6.0 tuners but no one is deleting anything anymore so put that egr valve back where it goes.

Outlaw diesel 6.0 LLC
I had a basic mini max on it when I had work done. Just bought a sct ts+ so I could buy tunes. That shop doesn't do tunes. From what they said.... I was perfectly fine with these upgrades. There recommendations to get a decent amount of power for a daily driver .
If I'm not okay then ill fix the problems asap. But without info and speaking to ppl that know I won't get anywhere. But it is egr deleted. The more info I can get the better. I'm not trying to **** my truck up....

Sounds like you are going to have to make calls and see if anyone local can do it. I know a couple people lately that are gone this route and chance getting bad tunes. I bought a 6.0 recently and went back and forth on what to do. I'm upgrading to a bpd egr cooler this winter and be done with it. My reasoning behind it. I don't have to call small shops asking for tunes that potentially ruin my truck or tranny. So by keeping the egr and cooler I'm able to run the best in the market tuners who have 1000s of trucks under their belt. My brother bought a recently deleted 6.0 and he want to put larger injectors in but is stuck finding a shop that's willing to tune and is finding out thats harder than expected. I have a friend that has a friend that's a master ford tech and use to tune sct's back in the day for extra cash and he quit doing it. He won't even tune for friends because it's like a million dollar fine if caught.

Yup, especially if you're the one tuning. The owner of the truck most likely won't face too many fines, but the tuner gets something ridiculous and it multiplies by how many he has done.

Exactly and loose lips sinks ships. One of the people I know that got his tunes lately was getting a bed liner in and asked if they knew a shop that does deletes he kinda chuckled and said pay these guys a visit. More or less anyone doing delete installs/tuning is skating a fine line of going under

It's a hit or miss with the EGR code. Your cooler could be gone and you might not get a code. The code trips if the PCM doesn't see any flow coming from the EGR (because it's blocked or gone).

You need a fuel pressure and egt gauge before anything else. I wouldn't dare run with that injector/turbo combo with out both of those.
