All I have a F350 with a chrome grill assembly.
Will all the way back to a 2011 grill fit?

CURRENT SETUP: all chrome grill
DESIRED SETUP: Paint to match ring (white) then black mesh insert

I need to source a grill I can have painted as well as one that can be gutted.
Part numbers would be helpful...
Unless someone has one they want to sell or trade.

on my 2015, ive removed 2 bars on either side of emblem and they are being scuffed, epoxy primed and painted to match (body color). 2011 should fit. Are you aware xl type grilles are 1 piece opposed to chrome, multi piece though. That's why I went the route to paint chrome because I still wanted some areas of chrome to stay

Update. (Pics soon to come)
I removed the entire grill. Dis-assembled the chrome from the grill
Parts removed: The main outer ring and the the 2 vertical bars.
Had them painted to the same color code as my truck... and reinstalled..
looks friggen awesome. (imho)

Things worth noting. When removing the grill. pay special attention to NOT remove the
Plastic rivets. Why? because you dont need to remove them and if you do? you will need to replace them. again... "why replace something you don't need to.?"
