Please keep in mind that all pickups act differently to the deletes for the majority of them its all the same but there some that get a little off with that being said the dudes at no limit have a pretty good slew of parts and accessories

dude go all out!!!!!! as long as your not out there "trying to blow it up" you should be fine. Nolimit has tunes that are safe and efficient. I've not been a customer of theirs as of yet but from what i gather they can walk you through everything and get you what you really want.

 

Check the sticky at the top of this section. Lots of good info on this topic in that thread, and helps to cut down on repeat threads like this one.

 

NoLimit will set you straight. You can do a simple delete (EGR blocker plates) which isn't as much work as a full delete (EGR cooler removal, CCV removal).
