So I’ve been having this issue for the last year or so but didn’t really have time to mess with it until about a month ago but I’ve been reading every thread on this subject on every forum that I could find but I’ve finally thrown in the towel and decided to make a post today to see what you guys think. The issue is that the “service AdvanceTrac and hill decent not available” message will flash rapidly on the center display (I took a video today and have the link to it at the end). The truck needed wheel bearings so I’ve replaced both front wheel bearings with new ones from 1A Auto and the problem went away completely for about 4 or 5 half hour (25mi) drives to and from work. After that the error started showing up at speeds over ~70 MPH. Today I drove the truck to work with it only going off twice above 70, then on the way home the truck wouldn’t stop doing it at about any speed and it was going off every 2 seconds almost the whole way back home. My temporary fix for this so my ABS doesn’t go crazy and pull me off the side of the road every time I hit the brakes is to just unplug one of the wheel speed sensors to disable the system completely but I’d love to hear from anyone who’s had this same problem and what they’ve tried and what fixed it if they did. Thanks in advance!
