HELP! Bulletproof, EGR Delete. Pulling an empty 24’ enclosed car hauler. Up a hill at about 70mph and then the dreaded POP! Blew a blue boot off my turbo. Limped about 2 miles, and found the band clamp had broken. (Recent head and injector work. Clamp looked like it had been bent.) Cleaned blue boot connector, new clamp, tightened up and hit the road. ZERO power, literally minimal if any boost. Parked it, ran scan and got a P0046 code. Idles and revs ok, no power. Cleared code, tried again no luck. Weird to think a VGT solenoid would fail at exactly the same time I blew a hose. Any thoughts are much appreciated.

Thank you! Checked plug and wiring, no visible damage on wiring and plug is securely connected. Unplugged and plugged back in. It’s so weird to me that this came up upon blowing a CAC tube connection. I’m back at the house now, limped home. No other codes set aside from P0046. Thank you for you time and wisdom.
