the intercooler, you have to modify the pipes to work though. The Y pipe may fit also....been awhile since I done any research on exatly what will fit.

No, don't feel like that much work. I just have way too many other things going on. With an injector and HPOP swap going on soon so. I'll leave the intercooler for now and maybe do it later, but I wan't to buy it off the guy to have for when I need it.

 

atleast get the intercooler off it than, seems the only uaeable part, but still requires modification to fit, atleast mounts anyway, can you get the injectors and hpop off him cheap?

The intake spider will work if you swap over to the 3" SD plenums and do an e-fuel conversion.
If you plan on a electronic fuel system in the future I'd say grab the spider and plenums and stash them until the time comes. E99 spiders are getting harder and harder to find.

99.5-03 intake spider will bolt up just fine once the 3" plenums are in place and the fuel bowl has been deleted. No turbo, pedistal, up-pipe, or downpipe modifications needed.

Thanks guys, I'm really not looking to get into a ton of work here. I've got Stage 1's premium builds going on at the moment at Rosewood, and sending a couple HPOP's to terminator to get a T-500. So I've got that to do soon. Maybe in the future I'll do more mods, but at this point I'm stopping at the injectors and HPOP, if EGT's get outa hand then I'll swap in a intercooler, I'll likely make my own pipes and spider but cutting up the old one. I'd just like to buy the intercooler since it was there and to have it for when I need it. I still have not heard from the guy soo??

 

Notice you're from BC, and the guy was asking $1700 for the entire engine. Any chance its posted in the seattle craigslist? Pretty sure I saw one on there for the same price a couple days ago.
