When to change antifreeze

Hey folks: I'm coming here for this question as I can't stand attempting to approach a dealership for this type of question. My local dealer doesn't respond at all...

2015 F350 with 70,000 on the clock. I've refreshed the antifreeze twice with their PH additive, and somewhere I read that was the maximum allowable before needing replacement of the coolant. However, the maintenance manual states first change out at 100k IIRC.

It's a daily driver, and also used to tow my roughly 12k lb 5th wheel, with some fairly good grades here in Washington State.

Appreciate any help....

Sound advice...thank you.

I found this which confirms your post:
and just fyi fomoco coolant is yellow green now and no longer needs testing and refreshing and i put my truck on 5years or 50000 after my first change at 70000 but just my 2 pesos i’m sure there’s plenty here who would disagree here.

So I show up at the Ford dealer this am and I'm told the original estimate of $280 to flush is actually doubled as there is two separate systems on the truck. I'm aware of the primary and secondary systems, and responded by telling them to get the estimate right rather than double it when I arrive. $560 for a coolant flush seems exorbitant, and I just got an estimate of $335 from another Ford dealer. This is exactly why I avoid stealerships....
