What is the cowl seal called?

2012 6.7 lariat. Driving down the hwy and hear a weird noise. Pull over it stops. Blah blah blah. Figure out a piece of the rubber seal that goes around cowl is ripping off. It was pealed back from the bolt hole and starting to work back towards windshield. Before it took the rest of it with it I cut it off with a knife.
Anyone know what this part is called or have a part number?

I dont see it on replacement cowls so it must be a separate part.

Might have to make run to the local dealer for that one.
Maybe contact a local truck recycler.

After looking at two very closely I can without question tell you that the rubber end flap is molded into that cowl cover.

I thought that too but when I look at replacement covers it is not there. I will go to dealer today for clarification
