I've been looking into tuners for some time now and was wondering whats the best tuner for 7.3 Powerstroke?
What tuner should I get for my 2002 7.3 Powerstroke?

On a complete Side Note:

Thank You - Thank You - Thank You! to who ever took the word Best out of this title...

Every time I see a thread started BEST "Oil, Filter, Battery, Tire, Brakes, Coolant, etc. etc. etc.,,," it goes on forever! I bite-my-tongue not not to reply with what I'm thinking.... (ya know,,, I don't want to be "That Guy" - even though I Am I guess...)

For Goodness Sake, THERE IS NO "BEST" ya Lazy Ba$tard ;) Do some research, find out what's "Good" out there and choose what's Best for YOU!

In this case, there is a "BEST". The PHP hydra chip is simply the best at this time. There is no other chip/tuner that has advantages.

You have to be careful when searching for the BEST of Anything (I'm tellin' ya Stop using that term ;) )

What you've found there is one of Thousands of redirects. That is, people set up pages to profit from Amazon (they get a "cut" of any purchases made on their page). You'll notice every link for "Check Price" or "See More" takes you to directly Amazon. These sites are set up for almost every conceivable product that Amazon sells (all listed "Best for 2020" so you know they're current). Although there are some good products being listed I'm sure, you just have to realize that if Amazon doesn't sell it, you're not being told about it...

I know you want a simple answer, but it's a complicated issue. You're much better off here and even other forums like this (Ford 7.3 specific) and maybe reframing your question for your needs. Like;
"I want to add some power, don't want to spend too much, what's out there?"
"I do a lot of towing and want better tow performance"
"I just have to beat my friends DuraMax and don't care what it costs"
"I have basic mods, I'm ready for some tuning, don't want to go crazy though"

Now unfortunately, what you're going find is that Every Person who answers is going to tel you that They choose is the "Best" :D (everybody is So Sure they're the smartest guy for you...)

So, take an average of those who describe that their needs were mostly like yours.

Now for My Opinion, I think you're better served from separate products for an engine monitoring/diagnosing, gauges, tuning. I would get a Phone App for monitoring/code retrieval (Ford SuperDuty Diagnosis on the Cheap), if you need constant monitoring of things like trans temp, boost, EGT, then get gauges, and for tuning get a tuner (either a simple "chip" with reputable tuners sw - not from Amazon but directly where you can choose your tunes to meet your needs) or something more flexible like the Hydra (where YOU can change the various tunes as your needs/desires change).
