Hello all, so a few days ago I was heading to go pickup my old truck, with an empty trailer, when all of a sudden the truck lost power, not engine power but it was like the truck was put into neutral but it was still in drive.. I pull over and knew for a fact it wasn't the engine as its idling normally, when I start to give it gas it starts to surge, but its still in drive keep in mind... I put it in park and shut off the truck, I turn it back on and put it in drive and I pull out no problems, this happened 3 times within the 1 and a half hour drive with the empty trailer.. while driving back with the truck it didn't happen again. Any ideas? I believe its something electronically, not 100%..
The truck is a 2008 fully deleted, tuned, and has over 33x,xxx kilometers (over 200k miles)

I'm having basically the same problem on my 08 F250. Did you ever find a answer to the issue?
