Anyone here running the low temp, high flow thermostats from SPE? If so, seen any advantages or disadvantages? I like the thought of running cooler but also know that a lot of the newer stuff is designed to run higher temps and not sure if it would cause issues.

I had it. It works. Meant for the 2017 and up where the tranny is cooled by the primary system and for people who tow daily in hot climates. I went back to stock since I have no use for it. It kept the engine too cool. It will affect mpg in a negative way for trucks that don't have all fuel maps tuned exactly the same since the 6.7 changes engine modes based on ECT. On cool days it will stay below 167° which is the mode transfer temp.

With the spe thermostat I would see 175-180 coolant temps and <200 oil temps. Before the alterations the temps were consistent 195-210 coolant and 200-220 oil temps. They were 10-15 ° higher before the spe thermostat, I would see 250 on oil temps on hills. The thermostat did help, but not needed after the weight reduction. My coolant temps stay 185-195 and oil temps pretty close to that.
