I am working on a 2009 F450 with a 6.4L - some knuckle dragger replaced the turbo a while back and left off the bracket that secures the EGR oxidation catalyst to the left turbo inlet pipe to prevent it from vibrating. The right side inlet tube has now cracked at the EGR tube weld as a result. The part is OBSOLETE from Ford and Navistar. If anyone has one laying around and can part with it or knows where I can find one please let me know! Otherwise... I will have to fabricate one.

You need a Wilburt's U-Pull-It down the road like Eric O. from South Main Auto :D

Try calling Diesel Redemption. They part out a lot of emergency vehicles.

We called an International dealer as well as International corporate. "We can't help you sir. That part has been obsolete for a while."

I have a nice thick piece of metal to make one from. It is what it is.

At least it's not a super hard bracket to fab. Could be a lot worse!!

Looks like an extremely easy fab job out of a piece of 1/4”X4”X4” angle iron 😉 or (larger depending on the dimensions) Sounds like you better make a template:cool:

our local steel supplier has shelves full of scrap (short pieces) they sell at weight at reduced price
