Looking at a '19 F250 Limited on my dealers lot. One of the only options it does not already have that I would like and currently have on my 15 F250 is the Supplemental Cab Heater. Can that be installed as an add on or does it have to come factory installed?

The heating element is located inside of the heater case. Lot's of work to change the case, and I still don't know how to actually make it work. I'd pass.....
