Truck will not start. I am getting a code 16 on the anti theft system and my OBD Link will not connect to read codes on generic OBD2 but it will connect on network A. I am getting code U100 Lost Communication with ECM. All this started after I removed the dash in order to replace my air conditioner evaporator. All connections have been restored. While doing the repair, I had both batteries disconnected. When you turn on the key and try to crank nothing happens. I can jump the starter but that is useless because the fuel pump is not cycling. The anti theft light flashes rapidly for a minute then displays code 16. While it is flashing rapidly, the dash panel displays various self checks. It says check brake system - Trailer brake module fault. The odometer does display mileage. The key FOB works to lock the doors and to set off the alarm. Is there anything I can do to restore communciations with the ECM and to reset the anti theft?
