My passenger side did the same thing. It would go down fast until 1/2 way and then take forever. I took it to my autobody guy and we put in another motor but same result. I bought a new window trim that goes around the entire window and now it works flawlessly. Bought OEM for about $70. It pinched down inside the door where you can't see unless you pull it out. Try it and see.
