Help!-P2289 Injector Control Pressure Too High - Engine Off

Ok so driving home today I noticed my truck was running weird, it wouldnt go over 12,000 psi of fuel rail pressure and was making 45+ psi of boost on my 210 tune when before it made 32 tops. This is coupled with the squeaking issue Ive been having since my HGs were done which I am pretty sure was a boost leak

The truck had a lot of power down low more than before but when I went over 3/4 throttle the truck completely defueled and bucked real bad until I let off the gas. EGTs were also about 100 degrees cooler than normal. So I scanned codes and that is what came up. there was also weird kock/tick coming from the engine. The squeaking was also a lot less but the idle was at a lower RPM than usual

So I cleared the code and the idle immediately changed back to normal. I drove it and it seemed to be normal but the squeaking was much louder.

Also I noticed that at 3/4 throttle I was now making 25-26000 PSI of fuel rail pressure.

I have no clue what the hell is going on. Anyone have any ideas?

KOEO FRP should be 0, or thereabouts. (0PSI/0.49v KOEO, according to the PC/ED manual) I have seen it ~8psi or so on some trucks.

Sounds like you might have an FRP sensor issue. PM me your VIN and the DTC and I will have a looksee if I can suggest you any info.

I've had the same code come up a few times but then goes away. But my truck is also acting crazy sometime like idling itself up when sitting, then when going down the road I'll lose power and burp black smoke when it hits. That might last 10 seconds or 5 minutes then turn off when I slow down. It has turned off on me a few time when turning at an intersection then it wont start for a couple of tries then fires up. This is an 08 450 with 161k miles. I've changed filters and drained the water. I took out the dpf and cat and am running a Spartan tune. Any help is appreciated.
