Well today I did the blue spring mod, put a new thermostat in and put in a coolant filter in. After all this the truck runs much better. Only problem is now when I come to a stop the oil pressure gauge drops to zero, but the second I tap the throttle it goes to normal. WTF??? Truck runs great does not stall or die. Please help me. By the way motorcraft filter and cap for oil.

Every 03-04 I've seen with low oil pressure at idle was missing the steel ball from the hpop. When it falls out low pressure oil just spills out the side of the hpop feed passage. If the ball has fallen out and you keep running it the hpop won't last long. You can tap and plug the hole in the hpop.
