In case anyone will be installing the No Limit EGR blockoff kit I formatted the instructions to be a little more readable.

AFter I soak the bolts with penetrating oil for a week I will be installing the 4 plates.

I just installed one of these along with a SCT GTX tuner with tyrant tunes. Also a 5” stainless steel exhaust system deleting the def system. My problem is my EGT sensor‘s are all picking up 572° no matter how hard I drive or even just at Idol. Anybody have any idea why I’m not picking up any exhaust temperatures? I have one working probe in the cover plate provided at the exhaust manifold. All others have been removed and plugs taped up.

I just finished installing all 4 block off plates. Followed the instruction and had to use a step ladder and contort my body to get at a few of the bolts.

I plugged the EGT probe to the exhaust plate withe EGT adapter.

I was more worried about breaking of the bolts at the exhaust plate but after spraying all bolts with penetrating oil for a few days all bolts came out fine.

Anyone please chime in...

The GTX does not offer a PID for the factory EGT probe. I got told "in future updates" it would be there. Since I won't be ever updating again looks like I'll miss out when and if it hits.

Got R Done today! Put a 3/8s ratchet instead of the 1/4 inch and broke loose then they came out with ease! Thanks for help!

Well, I too soaked the two EGR bolts with PB blaster for over 2 weeks. Once removing them I would stop and spray again with PB blaster, bolts came out very easily. The rest of the the removal was fairly straightforward except for the nut that holds on the metal hook at the back of the EGR valve. That is a very difficult place to get one's hand in, so I ended up putting together all the extensions I could find and came up from underneath next to the downpipe. You can guide the socket on from the top and give it a couple cranks from the bottom, and it pops right off.

I got a chance to see the write up finally. Thank for the "redo". Very helpful!
