The biggest between the two is;
Diamond Eye has a 4" down pipe, mbrp down pipe is actually 3.5".
I have the Diamond Eye 4"straight pipe.i was contiplating a muffler, but after I heard it, I said forget it. It sounds tough, but doesn't kill you in the cab.... Roll the windows down going by a fence though [emoji16].
You can beat the price of the site listed by a few $$, if you want to shop around.
I had a buddy help me put mine in, which I'd recommend, but it's not really necessary. We did fit, cut, fit, remove and then fit again. Then I clamped everything down (welding would be better, of course).
I do run a tuner and I think after the install, the stick tune feels a little laggy, but it could be because I've been running a tune for so long (I rarely run the stock tune and never more than a day).
What ever you do, you'll like it. Go stainless in the rust belt, otherwise aluminized steel is just fine.
