Won't lie a good amount of the super duties esp pre 2011s don't run them and do just fine. Are you feeling steering issues/sloppyness without it currently or? Also Is yours a 05-07 or a 99-04 with a front clip kit?

Its a 03 with 04 to 07 front clip kit and ive Replaced sway bars ball joints all tie rods and arms ,axle pivot bushings and still get a good wobble hitting bumps

 

steering stab wont fix any problems, just hide them.

cheap lowering kit?

did this start after the lowering kit or..?

 

I replaced everything in the front end tires are new aligned Ball joints sway bar links axle pivot bushings tie rods and arms before lowering had Steering stabilizer removed bracket for it need new one

It may take a more specialized alignment/suspension shop to address your issue. No issues before lowering kit, now issues afterwards. Steering stablizer will NOT fix the issue you are describing sorry.

The issues is being cause by the lowering kit or lack af proper alignment for the kit.
