Location Defrost Mode Door Actuator

I have the opposite problem as everybody else.
NO defrost.
Vacuum is fine.
Temp controls nicely.
I suspect the Defrost Mode Door is stuck.
Where is the actuator located?
Man I have beat my brains out online, and I seem to be the only person who ever had this problem.....

Solved.

Super Duty (2007) Defrost vacuum actuator is located below the rear of the radio.

Remove the instrument face panel and radio. It is 8 inches below, and will be covered by fiberglass insulation. Follow the vacuum hose.
2 screws.

The spring inside mine failed. Therefore no default defrost.
The part was $28 on Amazon.
Motorcraft YH1490 control valve assembly.
