16 HP B&S IC Engine , runs great. Father purchased brand new in 1983, used it occasionally but sat mostly in his garage until 2005 when he passed. I then rebuilt the carb, replaced fuel lines and filters put in a battery, new plug, changed the oil and fired it up for about 30 minutes, welded a metal bracket for a post and no issues with it. It has now sat in my garage for the last 17 years and hasn't been used since then, photos show the condition is pretty good for being that old. Located in Palm Beach County Florida zip 33470. Available for local pick up or you can arrange for freight pick up at your expense, it still has the original shipping skids attached and can be palletized. It is heavy and would need a hoist or several strong men to pick it up
