Ok, my 2007 F550 Lariat hauler has some sort aftermarket conversion package. Looks to be the actual original seats but the covers was changed to tu-tone and extra padding added when the conversion was done and I can't find anyone local that can or will fix them. Wondering if oem leather replacement covers or Katskin covers may work?

I put Katskin on my 99. Ebay has Ford OEM seat cushion for less than $100 to rebuild the seat to factory height. I used a website SAR to order them. The Katshins have been in about 3 years no problems. They were pretty easy to install. I do recommend the 3M spray glue when installing.

I'd take a look at Richmond Auto Upholstery here in Houston:

F-250 Lariat Archives - Richmond Auto Upholstery

They sell all the padding & replacement seat covers for your truck online. They'll also install them for you, if you're close-enough to make the drive over here.
I used Richmond Auto Upholstery in Houston, TX.
I can vouch for Richmond auto in TX as well. I purchased seat bottoms for a lariat and a new console cover for my 12 king ranch. Would recommend them to anyone.

I used Richmond Auto Upholstery in Houston, TX. I needed a driver bottom seat along with the two chair arms slip-
covers. They treated me right, were very knowledgeable and did a nice job. They sent me the new seat in good time and it was easy to install.

They have various upgrade options for the driver bottom seat as far as padding / foam upgrades.

Don’t mix them up with another Richmond Leather out of Virginia — they do custom work for very high-end cars.

lol You guys and your fancy seat covers hahaha. I have had the same front pair RealTree since maybe 2011? They are black with slight fading and the camo strip that runs from end to end maybe 8in wide? They are not perfect but do not slide around and have protected my seats from me, dog, road trips and work.
