I don't know much about the HPOP other than it's purpose.
Looking down on it there is a bolt that that is relatively next to the IPR? I think, and I have put 3 o rings on with and without locktite. Part of the problem is that the locktite can't set up because oil continuously runs out of that hole.
Is there a diaphragm or something inside that is bad causing the o ring to blow up?
Do I need to just replace the whole HPOP?
