I will be uploading 27 PDF files on how to do a step by step comlpete bulletproof on the 6.0 with the cab on and motor in just like the ford workshop manual says. This is what i have been using to do my bulletproofing and it worked great. My heads are at the machine shop now.

If somebody could make this a sticky I think that would be great and I hope it helps alot of people cuz I spent alot of time putting it together today.

Also if anybody needs a complete parts list for the bulletproofing with part number PM me.

skip to page 2 where i have cotinued to upload more of the pdf files

its not a problem that is truly what these forums are for. If anybody ever needs help looking for parts or trying to find instructions on how to do something they can email or text me and I will be more than happy to help them out. Hell if you wanna use your gas and drive down to my house in missouri I would be more than happy to show you / help you fix or mod anything on your truck as long as you bring the beer lol. I am hoping to have my truck ready to join the 700 club at scheid next year.

i would go ahead and pull your oil cooler out and backflush it to make sure it is cleaned out good and not clogged... the stc fitting on the hpop pump would also be another good thing to update while the intake is off... and since the turbo is off I would put on the updated tubo oil lines... pm me and I have all the part numbers you need including the gaskets to put your intake and turbo back on and if you want i can give you torque specs too

Most of the other bulletproofing you get into when you start taking it apart for head gaskets and studs.

Have you done have gauges, coolant filtration kit, and switched to ELC coolant with a complete coolant flush yet? If not those are the 3 first mods I would make to a 6.0

guy has not contacted me today.... I did here back from the machine shop tho and the insurance adjuster will be there noonday to decide what to do and lucky for me the owner is not trying to deny that my heads where in the fire... ill probably go ahead and buy another set to get the truck on the road and then when the insurance money comes in use it to start my fuel system

Hey guys I'm new to this just bought my 2005 F-350 6.0 and I'm falling in love her more and more everyday. I looked at this thread because I'm interested in keeping her on the road as long as possible. I'm learning a lot as I go and this may be a stupid question but is there any particular order these things should be done in? It's gonna be a long project for me cause I'm still in school and don't have any space to break her down or anything like that. I just wanna make sure I'm not wasting time or money having someone break it down to replace something just to have them go back later when they can do it while its broken down. Thanks in advance I really like how everyone on this site wants to help people out its a good thing to be a part of
