I am considering using the Hot Shot Secret Black Diamond Outlaw Oil for my next oil change. I like that it is a true PAO oil and looks like it will work great with my 6.0 no EGR. I am looking for a little more oil life. I have always done a oil sample analyses on each oil change at 5000 miles and have been told that I can go longer between complete oil changes, but hesitant on a conventual oil. I have been running Schaffer's 15W-40 700 Supreme for the last 4 oil cycles.
I am think about the Black Diamond change and doing a filter change at 5000 miles with a oil analyses and trying to get 15000- 20000 mile before a complete oil change?
I am running a bullet proof air to oil cooler with the larger remote WIX filter. No bi pass filter at this time.
Any thoughts or opinions?

Personally I'm going to change the oil in these HEUI powered engines every ~5k miles no matter what oil is in it. On other engines I will run 10-15k depending on the oil but not in these. Oil topics are guaranteed to get a different answer or opinion from everyone. If you do it post results please.

I tend to agree about 5k change intervals. The 6.0 has proven to shear the oil more than non hpop engines.
