Hey all, I have a FASS fuel system installed on my 2012 6.7 Powerstroke, and was looking at options to delete/bypass the secondary fuel filter under the hood due to the fact that its not really needed anymore. I see the fleece bypass kit: fleeceperformance.com/fuel-filter-bypass-for-2011-2024-6-7l-ford-powerstroke.html and the H&S kit hs-motorsports.com/products/2017-2024-ford-6-7l-power-stroke-upper-fuel-filter-bypass-kit which both seem like fine options, but I don't really understand why I couldn't just use something like this to connect the two lines that normally go into the fuel filter (my 2012 only has two lines unlike some that have 3): fassride.com/shop/product/accessories/fittings-accessories/fass-fuel-systems-db-4646-a-ready-for-use-double-bead-460-bead-x-460-bead/?gad_campaignid=17190567245&gbraid=0AAAAADrMBFZjZXB4Kn_Y7liEubEOEky5L
Sorry may be a stupid question, but why can't I just connect the two lines together using the above (or something similar)?
(Sorry about the links... first post won't let me add links...)
