I don’t see any 80w-90 full syn at local parts stores but I do see 75w-90. Any concerns going full syn 75w-90 in front diff or do I need to stay w motorcraft 80w-90?

You shouldn't have any issues there. Especially since the front rarely gets worked when 2wd most of the time.
Thanks

I suppose w that, does it make sense that I could take the cover off in my inclined driveway, clean the cover as I should, and the face of the diff, reinstall the cover w the permatex gear oil rtv, let it dry 2-3 hours, then back my truck down to the flat street, get under, fill it properly, then put it back in the driveway? The diff isn’t engaged cuz it’s in 2H.

Or after the cover is set just put the proper measure amount in on the incline, back out to flat and verify.

Keep it simple.
